Returns are not allowed. Exchanges can be made within seven days of receipt of merchandise for anything of equal or greater value, as long as exchanged equipment is returned in NEW condition with ALL original factory packaging and approved by Bullseye Scale Company and are subject to a minimum 25%-50% restocking charge, if approved. NO EXCEPTIONS. No exchanges on Factory Dropship orders. All freight charges for exchanges are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Exchanges not allowed for scales bought for the wrong use or application.

Bullseye Scale Company, Inc. will honor the warranty of it's manufacturers for all equipment purchased from Bullseye Scale Company, Inc. only for defects in design or workmanship. All shipping charges for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer. All warranty issues must be approved before hand.

Bullseye Scale Company, Inc. will only ship within the United States of America. No international shipments will be made. For the security of our customers all orders will be confirmed. For that reason all information must be complete so your order can be qualified, processed and shipped in a timely fashion.
